Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil environment, please silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. We also ask that you keep your voice low to respect the relaxation of other guests. Please ensure that you maintain appropriate personal hygiene when visiting our spa. We encourage clients to shower prior to their appointment and come in wearing clean clothing. Good hygiene practices contribute to a more pleasant experience for both you and our therapists.

Health and Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or medical conditions when booking your appointment. This allows our staff to provide the most appropriate and safe treatments for you.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive spa treatments without parental consent. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatments, and parents must complete the Minor Consent Waiver.

At The Deep Tissue Spa, we strive to create a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our clients. We kindly request that if you bring minors who are not receiving treatments, they must be supervised at all times and maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor within the spa premises. This helps ensure the comfort and relaxation of our clients during their treatments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that it is in unopened, saleable condition. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products, while also providing you with peace of mind when shopping at our Self Care Boutique.

Zero Tolerance

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment. Should any inappropriate behavior occur, the individual will be immediately escorted from the premises, held responsible for payment, and may face legal consequences.

At The Deep Tissue Spa, we maintain a professional environment focused on wellness and relaxation. Our skilled therapists and estheticians are dedicated to providing exceptional services to enhance your well-being. In the event that a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, our therapists are authorized to immediately halt the treatment and escort the client to the front desk. We are committed to upholding a respectful and safe atmosphere for both our clients and staff.

Disrobing Policy
At The Deep Tissue Spa, we aim to provide a comfortable and personalized experience for each client. We understand that everyone's level of comfort may vary when it comes to disrobing for a massage or spa treatment. Please know that you are welcome to undress to your level of comfort, whether that means remaining fully clothed or fully disrobed, or anywhere in between. Our skilled therapists can adapt their techniques to accommodate your preferences and ensure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable session. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. You will always be modestly and appropriately draped during treatment.

Draping Policy
To ensure the comfort and privacy of our clients, we adhere to a strict draping policy. Our therapists will properly modestly drape you with sheets and blankets during your treatment, only exposing the area being worked on. If you have any concerns regarding draping or require additional coverage, please feel free to discuss this with your therapist.

Lateness Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without prior communication or responding to our attempts to contact you, we will consider it a no-show. In such instances, if it is the therapist's last appointment for the day, they may leave the premises. You will be charged according to our cancellation policy.

If you arrive late but still within the allowed time frame, please note that your treatment may be shortened to ensure that other clients are not affected. We will do our best to provide you with the most effective treatment possible within the remaining appointment time, but we cannot always guarantee the original appointment length. Regardless of the adjusted treatment duration, you will still be charged the full amount for the service you booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a timely and efficient schedule for all our clients.

Couples Massage Room

Kindly note that our facility does not offer a couple's massage room. We have clearly indicated this information on all our webpages and promotional materials. If there is any disappointment regarding this policy, we kindly remind you that it is a part of our facility's offerings and payment for services will still be necessary.

Therapist Availability
At The Deep Tissue Spa, we understand the importance of maintaining a consistent therapist-client relationship, and we always strive to accommodate your therapist preferences. However, due to factors such as therapist turnover, illness, or scheduling conflicts, there may be instances when your requested therapist is unavailable. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation and offer the option of scheduling your appointment with another skilled therapist from our team. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the highest quality care and service, regardless of which therapist you see. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.

Oil in Hair Notice

Please be aware that during your massage or facial treatment, your hair may come into contact with oils, creams, or lotions. If you are concerned about your hair, we recommend bringing a hair tie or clip to secure it during your session. Our therapists will do their best to minimize contact, but we cannot guarantee that your hair will remain completely oil-free. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide the best experience for you.

Nut-Free Products

At The Deep Tissue Spa, we prioritize the well-being of our clients. We understand that some individuals may have nut allergies, which is why we ensure that all our products used in treatments are nut-free. Our clients can enjoy a worry-free and relaxing experience with peace of mind. While we don't use nut-based products in our treatments, please be aware that our staff break room may contain nut products. We strive to maintain a clean and safe environment; however, we cannot guarantee complete avoidance of potential allergens. Thank you for your understanding.

Aromatherapy Notice

We incorporate aromatherapy into all of our treatments. If you have sensitivities to essential oils or fragrances, please be aware that this may not be the best spa for you. We use a variety of common essential oils, including lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, and citrus oils, among others. Although we uphold a clean and sanitary environment, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Additionally, our retail area contains products that may contain potential allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to your treatment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
