Included Complimentary If Desired…

Complimentary Aromatherapy

We use botanically-based products crafted in small batches in the U.S. Every service includes aromatherapy at no charge, because we know how powerful scent can be for healing and relaxation. You may also select “no scent” if you’d prefer.

Complimentary Hot Towels

Every session includes complimentary hot towels—steamed, soothing, and thoughtfully placed to relax muscles, enhance circulation, and elevate your entire experience. A small detail with a big impact, designed to help you melt deeper into the table from the very first moment. You may also opt out, if you’d prefer.

Complimentary Theragun

Your therapist may offer to incorporate the Theragun—a high-powered percussive tool designed to target deep muscle tension and accelerate recovery. It’s especially effective for athletes or anyone dealing with stubborn tightness. Use is always optional and fully customized to your comfort level. Just let us know if you’d like to include it in your session.

  • Hot Stones ★
Heated basalt stones are used to warm muscles and support deeper relaxation without added pressure. This technique increases circulation and helps release tension more effectively. Great for clients who want to relax more deeply or struggle to let go of muscle tightness.

    Heated Bamboo Sticks ★
Warm bamboo tools are rolled and pressed along the body to deliver deep, broad pressure. The heat helps soften tight areas while the shape of the bamboo allows for effective muscle release. A good choice if you enjoy firm pressure without the intensity of elbows or knuckles.

    Salt Stones
Gently warmed Himalayan salt stones are used to soothe muscle tension and promote circulation. Their natural mineral content and negative ions are believed to support balance and detoxification. Ideal for clients seeking a grounding, restorative session.

  • Cupping Therapy (Myofascial) ★
Suction cups are used during your massage to lift soft tissue, improve mobility, and break up adhesions. This technique helps increase circulation and reduce tension in stuck or sore areas. Best for clients with chronic tightness, mobility issues, or stubborn muscle patterns.

    Gua Sha ★
A smooth tool is used with light scraping motions to release fascial restrictions and reduce tension. Gua Sha supports lymphatic movement and helps improve circulation in targeted areas. Recommended if you’re experiencing stagnant tension or want to address soft tissue stiffness.

    Intraoral TMJ Massage
Performed with gloved hands, this specialized technique addresses the muscles of the jaw both internally and externally. It can reduce symptoms of TMJ dysfunction, jaw clenching, and related headaches. Only available with therapists trained in intraoral work.

    KT Tape Application
Elastic therapeutic tape is applied after your session to support joints, reduce inflammation, and improve posture or range of motion. It helps prolong the benefits of your massage. Only available with certified providers.

    Biofreeze Gel
This cooling gel is applied to targeted areas to reduce pain, soreness, and swelling. It’s especially helpful on joints or overworked muscles. Choose this if you're recovering from activity or managing localized discomfort.

  • CBD Oil ★
Full-spectrum CBD oil is incorporated into your massage to reduce inflammation and promote a deeper sense of relaxation. It’s non-psychoactive and helps soothe sore, overworked muscles. Ideal for clients with chronic pain, inflammation, or high stress.

    Peppermint Scalp Massage
Cooling peppermint oil is used to stimulate circulation and relieve head and neck tension. This treatment can help clear mental fog and reduce stress-related headaches. A great option if you hold tension in your scalp or enjoy focused, sensory work.

  • Exfoliating Scrub (Back or Feet) ★
A sugar scrub is used to gently exfoliate either your back or feet, followed by steamed towels to cleanse and soothe. This leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed. A great add-on if you have dry skin or want to add a rejuvenating touch to your massage.

    Happy Feet Minty Clay Mask
A refreshing clay mask is applied to the feet to exfoliate and hydrate dry, tired soles. Warm towels are used to wrap and relax the feet while the mask works. Ideal for clients who spend long hours standing or want a spa-like finish.

  • 15 Extra Minutes ($22)
Extend your session by 15 minutes to allow more time on key focus areas. Great for clients who need targeted relief or want a bit more time to unwind.

    30 Extra Minutes ($35)
Add an extra 30 minutes for full-body work at a slower pace or deeper focus on multiple areas. Ideal for longer sessions, full resets, or when you want to make the most of your visit.

Most Popular Enhancements

Hot Stones

Heated basalt stones are used during your massage to warm up the muscles and make deep work more effective. The warmth helps reduce tension and increase circulation without needing extra pressure. This is a good option if your muscles feel tight or you have trouble relaxing into bodywork.

Cupping Therapy

We use myofascial cupping as a tool during your massage to lift and mobilize the soft tissue, helping release restrictions and improve range of motion. The cups are applied with controlled suction and moved over targeted areas to reduce tension and increase circulation. This is a good option if you feel stuck or restricted in certain areas and want to improve mobility without deep pressure.

Exfoliating Scrub

A sugar or salt scrub is applied to your back or feet to remove dry skin and boost circulation, followed by steamed towels to clean and soothe the area. This leaves the skin smoother and more refreshed. It’s a good choice if you have dry or rough areas, or just want to add something extra to your session.
