2. Booking & Services
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. Booking an appointment confirms that you’ve reviewed and accepted our Spa Policies.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations may incur a fee. Full policy available here.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. Discounts, promotions, and memberships cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Memberships & Gift Cards
Memberships and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full terms and conditions for our Self Care Circle membership can be found on its dedicated page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Deep Tissue Spa. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have specific health concerns or medical conditions, please consult your physician before receiving bodywork.
8. Privacy & Data
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our site or booking system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Credit Expirations
Six Pack Plans expire two years from the date of purchase.
Membership service credits roll over monthly as long as your membership is active.
After cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining credits before they expire.
Retail Return Policy
Retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unopened and in saleable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
