Communication & Preferences
Your comfort is our top priority. Every client has unique preferences, and we’re here to accommodate them. Feel free to share your preferences for lighting, music, temperature, and conversation during your treatment. Our therapists are happy to adjust and answer any questions to help create your ideal spa experience.
Appointment Scheduling
To ensure availability, we recommend booking appointments 1–2 weeks in advance for individual services and 4–6 weeks ahead for groups or special events. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are accepted when possible. Online bookings can be made up to 2 hours before your desired appointment time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate when possible.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Intake forms will be sent to you via text and email—completing them ahead of time ensures a smooth check-in. Our cozy space includes an outdoor bench for early arrivals. You’ll receive a text when it’s time to come in.
Spa Etiquette
Help us maintain a peaceful environment by silencing devices and speaking quietly. Please arrive clean and dressed in fresh clothing. We provide complimentary shower towelettes, spray deodorant, mouthwash, and feminine hygiene products for your convenience. Good hygiene enhances the experience for everyone.
Health & Medical Conditions
Let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns when booking so we can provide the safest and most effective care.
Age Requirements
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have a completed Minor Consent Waiver. Minors not receiving a service must remain quiet and supervised at all times.
Payment & Gratuities
We accept major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates. Gratuities are not included but are appreciated—15–30% is standard.
Gift Certificates
Gift cards can be used for services or retail and are non-refundable with no cash value.
Personal Belongings
Leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or policy violations.
Intake Forms
Required annually or after any major health change. Forms are sent electronically.
Refund Policy for Plans & Memberships
All packages and membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Six Pack Plans expire two years from the date of purchase.
Retail Return Policy
Retail items may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in saleable condition.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior. Any misconduct will result in immediate removal, payment responsibility, and possible legal action.
Disrobing & Draping Policy
Undress to your level of comfort—fully clothed or fully disrobed is fine. You will be modestly draped at all times, and only the area being treated will be exposed.
Lateness Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior contact will be considered a no-show. If time allows, your treatment may be shortened. Full service charges still apply.
Couples Massage Room
We do not offer a couples massage room. This is clearly noted on our site and materials. Payment is still required for booked services.
Therapist Availability
We try to honor therapist requests but may offer another skilled provider due to scheduling changes. Thank you for your flexibility.
Oil in Hair Notice
Your hair may come into contact with oils during treatment. Bring a clip or tie if this is a concern. We’ll do our best to avoid it but cannot guarantee oil-free hair.
Aromatherapy Notice
We use essential oils in all treatments and sell products containing fragrances. Let us know if you have sensitivities—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a fragrance-free environment.
Pricing Notice
Prices listed on our menu and website are subject to change.
Satisfaction Policy
If you’re unhappy with your service, contact us within 48 hours to discuss it. We may offer a follow-up with the same or a different therapist. This does not apply to preference-based concerns or added requests post-treatment.
Privacy Policy Summary
We collect and use your personal info to provide services, process payments, and improve your experience. We never sell your data. You can request to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
