My Style
Clients describe me as professional and pleasant, with a five-star bedside manner. In the treatment room, I adapt to my clients' needs, whether that means providing a quiet, relaxation-focused environment or engaging in conversation. My goal is to help clients feel better not just during their sessions but also in their daily lives by encouraging them to take proactive steps between appointments.

My favorite methods include trigger point release, table Thai, and Swedish, all of which have shown remarkable results in relieving muscle tightness, posture problems, and localized pain. I am particularly skilled at helping clients who seek relaxation combined with therapeutic muscle release, and I have a special affinity for working with older clients.
